3x Test Technician

MillTech is supporting a growing Automotive testing company in Milton Keynes who are seeking a Test Technician to join their growing projects team.

You will be joining an elite team of Test Technicians working on Gasoline, Diesel and Hybrid customer testing projects.

There are three positions available, two positions covering alternating shifts of 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm and one position covering a night shift of 10pm-6am. 

Your responsibilities as the Test Technician will include:

• Carry out tests on Gasoline and Diesel engines, vehicles, and components to test durability, fuel and lubes, catalyst and calibration and performance
• Work closely with the client and internal project teams you will ensure that all testing adheres to the projects guidelines whilst following the relevant health and safety procedures
• Use hand and power tools for manual tasks and computer-based testing systems
• Ensure handover information is adequate for a smooth Shift handover

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a proven background in engine dyno testing, have a solid understanding of testing methodologies and able to work on complex systems.
