Having partnered with global consultancies, SMEs and specialist boutiques, he understands the importance of identifying exceptional talent that aligns with both a business's technical requirements and its culture.

Outside of work, Joe is a keen golfer — always striving to improve — and enjoys spending quality time with his young family.

Gemma Millar

Commercial Director

Gemma Millar is Commercial Director of MillTech Recruitment, bringing over a decade of experience across technical, administrative, and commercial environments, including her time working with leading global consultancy Fujitsu.

With a strong focus on business integrity, attention to detail and operational excellence, Gemma plays a key role in overseeing the commercial side of the business, while also supporting the wider recruitment and candidate experience.

Her structured and commercially focused approach ensures that MillTech continues to deliver a professional, efficient, and high-quality service to both clients and candidates. Working closely with the wider team, Gemma is instrumental in maintaining the standards, relationships and processes that underpin the business.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her young family and keeping active through exercise.
