AI Automation & M365 Technical Lead (Contract)
 

MillTech is looking for an experienced AI Automation & M365 Technical Lead to drive the design and adoption of AI-powered automation across a large enterprise environment.

You’ll lead the delivery of scalable solutions using Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI technologies to improve communication, streamline processes, and enable a modern, intelligent workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI automation strategy aligned to business goals
• Design and implement solutions using M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI
• Build integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure services
• Drive automation across workflows and improve collaboration tools
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance (Purview, Entra ID)
• Engage stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor
• Mentor teams and promote AI adoption across the organisation

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in enterprise technology (AI, automation, or modern workplace)
• Strong Microsoft stack expertise (M365, Power Platform, Azure AI)
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and automation tooling (e.g. PowerShell)
• Knowledge of governance, security, and enterprise architecture
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Position:              6 month contract (Inside IR35 contract)

Location:              Hybrid (3 days onsite in London)

Rate:                     £550 per day
