Senior EV Test Engineer

MillTech is working with an exciting Automotive company in Milton Keynes who offer testing services in Internal Combustion, Hybrid and EV.

Due to the high demand for their services in EV testing they are growing the team again.

Your responsibilities as the Senior EV Test Engineer will include the following:

• Reporting to the EV Test Manager, deliver on high quality performance test programs for external clients
• Work closely with the Engineering, Testing, and Project Support teams to deliver on customer testing projects
• Be the Technical Leader to the other EV Test Engineers and EV Test Technicians for complex EV test projects
• Work closely with the team to ensure test requirements are fully understood, the facilities and equipment meet customer requirements and are properly maintained and in calibration
• Delivery of quality checked raw data, processed data and reports
• Use of suitable functional or analytical tools, MATLAB, Concerto, Excel and hand calculations where appropriate

The ideal Degree educated Senior EV Test Engineer we are seeking will have a proven background leading Battery, High voltage and/or Electrified Powertrain testing projects.
