Transport Planner

Looking to take the next step in your transport planning career? We’re on the lookout for a talented Transport Planner who’s ready to dive into exciting projects, work with brilliant clients, and make a real impact in shaping the way people move.

What you’ll be getting up to:

• Lead small to medium-sized projects, keeping everything on track (and budget)
• Write and review Transport Statements, Travel Plans, Access Appraisals, and detailed Transport Assessments
• Get hands-on with modelling, trip generation, and transport solutions that actually make a difference
• Carry out site visits, spot opportunities, and bring your expert advice to the table
• Work directly with clients, architects, planners, and highway authorities – building great relationships along the way
• Join in at public consultations and support with business development and marketing activities

What we’re looking for

• A degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
• Around 2+ years’ experience in transport planning
• Familiarity with design guidance and local planning policies
• Strong communication skills – both written and spoken
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, TRICs, and modelling software
• A positive attitude, ability to juggle tasks, and a team-player mindset
